rooftop spa, modern decor, proximity to restaurants
An unexpected tax for debit card payments caused unnecessary stress!!! The gym is a tiny sauna with ineffective air conditioning. Also, the hot water in the shower could not maintain a consistent temperature!!!

The Club Lounge was a fantastic spot for our family. We loved enjoying classic games like Monopoly while overlooking the beautiful views of Santiago. The staff went above and beyond, especially for our baby, making our stay feel special.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities around the hotel. A dedicated play area would be a great addition for families with little ones.

Had a wonderful stay where I enjoyed the beautiful pool and the relaxing jacuzzi, both perfect for unwinding. The warm atmosphere and tasty food made my experience even better, although the snack items in the room felt a bit excessive with signs warning of charges. Overall, I loved my time here and highly recommend taking advantage of the breakfast options! 🥐

Had an amazing trip with friends! The Club Lounge was perfect for relaxing, and we loved playing classic games like Monopoly. It’s centrally located, making it easy to explore local attractions. Service was mostly good, but keep in mind that breakfast can sometimes come with surprise charges. Overall, a great spot for group travel!
One staff member at the pool was rude when we requested clean glassware, which was frustrating. It felt a bit off for a place like this.
